My journey in dentistry began almost 15 years ago as a dental nurse, where I achieved the National Certificate for Dental Nursing and had the first taste of how immensely rewarding this healthcare profession can really be. I subsequently continued my professional development, eventually managing and operating 25 dental practices, undertaking various consultancy roles for dentists and corporates all over the UK.
The broad knowledge and experience I gained working in both a clinical and non-clinical capacity have really helped me understand the patient journey and the importance of embracing it every step of the way. Taking inspiration from working with some great clinicians and fantastic environments, I have been able to create a vision for the kind of dental practice I want to achieve.

Dr Mariya Rana - Dentist
Mariya qualified from Bristol University and completed her Foundation Training year in Kent. She has completed a Masters degree focusing on Research and Child Dental Health.
She has a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry. Mariya is an empathetic, friendly dentist with a commitment to providing a pain-free approach to all treatment. She is a certified Invisalign Comprehensive Provider in Orthodontics and an accredited Enlighten Whitening Provider. Her real passion lies in creating smiles for her patients, combining Invisalign teeth straightening, composite bonding, teeth whitening procedures and other restorative techniques to achieve fantastic outcomes.
Mariya believes that patients' best interests are of the utmost priority and strives to treat all patients with the best possible care.
Outside of work, Mariya enjoys spending time with family and friends, and has developed a taste for interior designing.

Dr Toral Bhalodia - Dentist
Toral qualified from Queen Mary’s Barts and The London in 2009. She started her career in the maxillofacial department in hospital before moving to general practice. She is enthusiastic about all aspects of dentistry and is committed to promoting a preventative approach to dental care and providing the best possible service. She has a natural ability to build up a rapport and is popular with children and adults alike.
Toral offers all aspects of cosmetic and general Dentistry. She has honed her skills through continued professional development. She is an accredited Enlighten Whitening Provider and has completed the Mini Smile Makeover (MSM) course by Dipesh Parmar. She is enrolled to become a certified Invisalign Comprehensive Provider in Orthodontics.
She enjoys spending her spare time with her young daughter and family, and loves hiking.
Dr Parneet Jawanda - Dentist
Parneet graduated from the University of Leeds in 2017 with a Masters degree in dentistry as well as a degree in Oral Sciences. She is a forward-thinking dentist, whose main passion lies with cosmetic dentistry and facial aesthetics and is deeply committed to post-graduate education.
Parneet is a certified Invisalign Comprehensive Provider in Orthodontics, an accredited Enlighten Whitening Provider and is currently completing her Level 7 Qualification in Injectables and Aesthetic medicine on Harley Street. She also enjoys building her knowledge and skills regarding medical-grade skincare and is an Obagi prescriber.
Her friendly and empathetic demeanour means she has a great manner with nervous and highly anxious patients including children. In her spare time, Parneet enjoys socialising with friends and family, travelling as well as baking.

Dr Priyanka Ravrani - Dentist
Priyanka graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2015 with Honours and Clinical Distinction. She has also gained her MJDF with the Royal College of Surgeons in 2016.
Priyanka provides facial aesthetics at the practice, including anti-wrinkle treatments, dermal fillers, Sunekos skin boosters and Obagi Medical skin care. She wants patients to feel the best version of themselves and prides herself in natural enhancements or 'tweakments'. Priyanka regularly attends courses to further her knowledge and enable her to provide patients with the best quality of care.
Dr Aniyyah Syed - Dentist
Aniyyah qualified from Queen Mary’s Barts and The London in 2012, and she has been subsequently been motivated to further her skills and knowledge since graduating. She is well-versed in all areas of general dental care, although she particularly enjoys cosmetic treatments and working with children.
She is an accredited Enlighten Whitening Provider and is enrolled to become a certified Invisalign Comprehensive Provider in Orthodontics. She is also due to complete the Mini Smile Makeover (MSM) course by Dipesh Parmar soon. Aniyyah has a very empathetic and caring nature with her patients, with a commitment to instilling their confidence in dentistry.
Outside of work, Aniyyah loves to spend time travelling and experiencing different cultures and traditions across the world.

Mariam Salman - Dental Hygienist
Mariam has a wealth of knowledge and experience in dentistry, having qualified as a dentist, dental nurse, and most recently a dental hygienist and therapist. She thoroughly enjoys utilising her acquired skills to provide patients with meticulous oral hygiene care.
She takes great pride in achieving the best possible outcome for her patients, whether this involves eradicating tooth surface staining to managing gum disease through dental plaque removal. Patients often compliment her gentle and caring approach, and her ability to communicate and advise effectively.
Mariam is married with two children, and enjoys her spare time cooking, or spending quality time with her family.

Danielle Marsh - Dental Receptionist and Treatment Co-ordinator
Danielle has worked in both NHS and Private practices, working with a range of general and specialist dentists. She finds her profession immensely rewarding, and she takes great inspiration from working with patients and clinicians. She always looks to meet and surpass expectations from patients, placing particular emphasis on making them feel comfortable and at ease when visiting us.
One of her strongest attributes is her ability to communicate effectively to patients so that they fully understand all treatment options and associated costs. She is committed to providing patients the best service they could possibly ask for.
Danielle enjoys spending time with her family and reading detective novels.
Daniela Rusu - Qualified Dental Nurse
Daniela is known for her excellent organisation skills, friendly persona, and exceptional dental knowledge. brings a wealth of experience to the practice and is an excellent mentor for the other nurses and staff alike. She is an enthusiastic and hard-working individual who really embraces the challenge of managing nervous or anxious patients.
Patients often comment on Daniela’s calming nature and she is extremely popular amongst the team. She will always go that extra mile to attend to her patients.
Outside of work Daniela enjoys baking which often benefits the staff at the practice!
Cameron Paviour - Dental Nurse
Cameron enjoys all elements of dentistry but particularly enjoys helping patients feel relaxed and comfortable whilst they are at the practice. She is also looking forward to developing her dental career, and would like to progress to head nurse responsibilities and dental treatment co-ordination
Cameron is always accommodating to her patients, and her personality brings additional vibrancy and enthusiasm to the team.
She spends most of her spare time enjoying many aspects of outdoor life and is a keen motor enthusiast.
Pramila Rai - Dental Nurse
Pramila is known for her attentive and nurturing nature, making sure patients are made to feel relaxed and comfortable. She has strong work ethic and values ensure the patient journey through the practice is seamless, and she is very much appreciated by other members of the team.
She loves making a difference to people’s lives, giving them confidence and helping those who are anxious. Pramila is passionate about dental nursing, and she takes great pride in all aspects of her role. She is always looking to supplement her knowledge, and she will often be reading a dental journal or magazine.
Pramila does have a real passion for cooking and baking, when she is not spending time with friends and family.
Eloise Callan - Dental Nurse
Eloise is a highly motivated and hardworking member of the team, who believes a career in dental nursing provides the opportunity to have a positive impact on society. She is always eager to learn and experience the latest procedures dentistry has to offer.
Her willingness to help others is extremely refreshing, and she takes great pride in taking care of her patients, particularly those of a nervous disposition.
Eloise has a keen interest in gymnastics and often enjoys theatrical performances in the form of musicals.
